LovelyFans reserves the right at any time to charge fees or change the price of access to the site.
 
You must pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to, charges for any products or services offered for sale through from any of the LovelyFans subscription sites of LovelyFans or any other provider or service provider.
 
All fees and charges will be invoiced and paid for by you. You will not receive access to any services until LovelyFans has received the subscription fees.
 In the event of termination, your account will remain active until the end of the subscription period.

You must pay all applicable taxes related to the use of LovelyFans through your account.

 Your right to use LovelyFans is subject to the limits set by LovelyFans in its sole discretion.

About your membership fee through CCBill:
 All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by CCBill's Consumer Services department.

 Termination
 You can cancel your account at any time by requesting a cancellation by contacting Member Services of CCbill Consumer Support.

 You will retain access for the subscription period. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is deactivated.
 
LovelyFans may suspend your access to all or part of any LovelyFans Subscription Site for any reason, or any breach by you of this Subscription Agreement.

You acknowledge that site administrators have the right to terminate your membership without prior notice to any user you restrict.

Your subscription may also be subject to cancellation if you post or transmit any illegal content; harass or threaten any user of any Amateur Magazines and LovelyFans subscription site or employee of Amateur Magazine; post content (including the creation of usernames) that is offensive or disrupts the activities of LovelyFans; post unsolicited advertising; or impersonating an Amateur Magazines employee or someone else.
