*The content provider must obtain and retain the written consent of all persons depicted in the specific content for the following areas:

• Consent to be represented in the content
• Consent to allow public distribution of the content and upload the content to the Merchant's website
• If the content will be available for download by other users, give your consent for the content to be downloaded.

*The content provider must verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in the content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults and to provide supporting documents upon request.

Posting content

In order to be able to start posting content and earn money, you will need to create an account, deppending on the platform settings you might have to verify it, then you will be able to create post by accessing to create post page, where you can upload any kind of media you want, bye either drag and dropping your files onto the text area, or by clicking on the file icon bellow the text area.

Reporting a user or a post

In order to report a user or it's content, you can go to that user's profile or post, click on the three dots icon and select report. Our admins will analyze and take action accordingly. You can also block a certain user from seeing your profile or messaging you again.

• After having made the report of a Profile or a Publication that is considered illegal or that violates the rules established in the Terms and Conditions, the post and the member it will be removed from the website immediately, this is usually done within 1 to 3 days, LovelyFans will not tolerate violations of the established rules, if the material is considered or minors are found participating in said videos or photographs, the member will be reported directly to the respective authorities in the state of Las Vegas Nevada United State so that research the material, read the rules found in the Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions

Once you get an account rolling, you will be able to purchase user subscriptions, send tips and unlock posts with your CCBill account or a credit/debit card. Once you have valid subscription to a user, you will then also be able to chat with him via the live messenger. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any given time.

Taxes & Rates

Value Added Tax is consumption tax added to the value of goods or services purchased in the United State. The specific rate of tax varies by country. As the name suggests, the tax is added to the prince of the product or service at the time of purchase and paid directly to the relevant tax authority.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested by authors at any given time. We allow Paypal & Bank Transfer and the transfer are manuall made by the administrator, as a two factor check.
